Bakery Chef

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and bakery products.

- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality.

- Prepare and decorate cakes and other bakery items as required.

- Monitor baking temperatures, timings, and overall product quality.

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of ingredients.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area and equipment.

- Manage daily bakery production according to business requirements.

- Monitor stock of flour, ingredients, and other bakery supplies.





- Minimize wastage and maintain productive use of ingredients.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery.

- Relevant bakery experience is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of bakery production techniques.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

- Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
