Everyday Bakes is a locally loved bakery in Thrissur known for its fresh, high-quality baked goods made with care and consistency. We specialize in breads, pastries, cakes, and traditional Kerala bakes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to recipes and standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately using traditional and commercial baking equipment.
- Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure consistent quality.
- Decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.




- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal specials.
- Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh products are always available.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house to meet customer demands.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Passion for baking and creativity in presentation.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
