About the Role

Researck Software Solutions is looking for a Backend Developer with solid hands-on experience in Node.js and Next.js to join our growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, and integrations that power our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
- Develop and integrate server-side rendering and API routes with Next.js
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and services
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability
- Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions

Requirements





- 3+ years of professional (industrial) experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Next.js
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database design
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, or Kottayam districts
- Age between 20–38 years
