Lorio Homes is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B business across Kerala for our premium imported Italian marble, tiles, sanitaryware and luxury building products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive B2B sales and business development across Kerala.
- Develop strong business relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors and project clients.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities and high-value accounts.
- Lead client meetings, project visits, negotiations and order closures.
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Develop new markets, accounts and professional networks across Kerala.
- Manage key accounts and generate repeat business.
- Guide and monitor the B2B sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with showroom sales, logistics, warehouse and accounts teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor sales performance,



client visits, pipeline, conversions and collections.
- Prepare regular management reports and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B / project sales or business development.
- Experience in marble, tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, construction, interiors or related industries preferred.
- Strong existing network among architects, interior designers, builders, developers and contractors.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
