Job Summary

HESA is looking for B2B Sales Executives – FMCG to drive institutional and B2B business across assigned territories.

The role will focus on customer acquisition, market development, sales growth and building strong B2B customer relationships across FMCG and related categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B / institutional customers.
- Develop business across FMCG, retail, wholesale and institutional channels.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and direct prospecting.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate pricing, volumes and commercial terms.
- Follow up on orders, payments and collections.
- Track market prices, competition and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer MIS and regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with procurement,



supply chain and internal teams for timely fulfilment.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / B2B / Institutional Sales.
- Experience in FMCG, food, staples, agri-commodities or related categories preferred.
- Robust exposure to customer acquisition and field sales.
- Existing B2B / institutional customer network will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
