Azure DevOps Linux L2 Engineer Experience: 5 to 6 Years Location; Chennai Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Linux L2 Engineer to support and maintain cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and Linux-based environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure administration, Linux server management, CI/CD pipeline support, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting production environments.

Key Responsibilities Azure Cloud Support - Provide L2 support for Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Backup services.
- Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.

Linux

Administration - Administer and support Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).

- Perform user management, patching, package management, performance tuning, and server hardening.
- Troubleshoot OS, filesystem, networking, and application-related issues.
- Manage system logs and service availability. DevOps & CI/CD Support - Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Release Management.
- Collaborate with development teams for code deployments and release activities.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment issues. Automation & Infrastructure as Code - Develop and maintain scripts using Bash or PowerShell.
- Support Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.




- Automate routine operational tasks and deployments. Monitoring & Incident Management - Monitor infrastructure, applications, and pipelines.
- Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of production issues.
- Work with L3 teams for escalations and complex troubleshooting. Documentation & Compliance - Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Participate in change management and release governance processes.
- Contribute to knowledge management and operational improvements.
