Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Autonomous AI Agents Skills.md Builder at Cehpoint. The role involves designing, structuring, and maintaining detailed skills and capability documentation (Skills.md and related artifacts) for autonomous AI agents used in e-learning, IT solutions, and cybersecurity workflows. The team member will map agent competencies to real-world tasks, define input/output behaviors, and document usage guidelines and edge cases in clear, concise technical language.

Day-to-day work includes collaborating with AI engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and product teams to understand requirements, refining documentation based on feedback, and ensuring version control, consistency,



and discoverability of skills across projects. The role may also include contributing to internal standards, templates, and best practices for documenting AI agents, as well as supporting training materials for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, including experience creating structured markdown (e.g., Skills.md, API docs, usage guides).
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, or autonomous agents concepts, with the ability to translate technical behavior into clear, task-oriented documentation.
- Background or exposure in IT, software development, or cybersecurity (e.g., basic knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or secure development practices).
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools (such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, project trackers), and comfort working in remote, distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and research abilities to gather requirements, validate agent capabilities, and align documented skills with real-world workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail, consistency, and non-discriminatory, inclusive language.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
