:

We are looking for an Automotive Test Engineer with strong experience in vehicle interface and car body testing, functional and system testing, defect management, and automotive communication protocols. The role involves test automation and execution using CAPL and Python, HiL and Rest Bus Simulation, and tools such as CANoe, Wireshark, Jira, Codebeamer, and KPM.

- Develop and execute functional, system, integration, and regression test cases for automotive vehicle interface and car body systems.
- Perform testing of automotive communication and network interfaces using CAN, CAN-FD, SOME/IP, and related protocols.
- Develop test scripts and automation using CAPL and Python.
- Perform HiL testing and Rest Bus Simulation for ECU and vehicle-level validation.
- Work with BAP, ViWi, and other automotive communication and vehicle-interface technologies.
- Use CANoe and Wireshark for network analysis, debugging, trace analysis, and issue investigation.
- Manage defects through the complete lifecycle using Jira and Codebeamer, including logging, tracking, analysis, retesting, and closure.
- Work with KPM for test execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and coordinate with development and integration teams for resolution.
- Maintain test cases, test reports, traceability,



and testing documentation.
- Support test planning, estimation, execution, reporting, and release-readiness activities.
- Ensure testing activities comply with ASPICE processes and automotive quality standards.
- Collaborate with system, software, ECU, validation, and other engineering teams to resolve integration and system-level issues.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting in Linux-based environments where required.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Automotive Testing, System Testing, ECU Testing, or Vehicle Interface Testing.
- Hands-on experience in KPM and defect management.
- Strong experience with CAPL and Python for test automation and scripting.
- Experience with HiL and Rest Bus Simulation.
- Solid knowledge of CAN/CAN-FD and SOME/IP.
- Hands-on experience with CANoe and Wireshark.
- Experience with BAP and ViWi is preferred.
- Experience with Jira and Codebeamer for test and defect management.
- Understanding of ASPICE testing and automotive development processes.
- Experience working with Linux-based testing environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of automotive ECU integration, vehicle communication, and system-level testing.
