Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to train and upskill technicians for field and workshop operations through hands-on, practical training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train technicians on technical skills, tools, equipment, and SOPs
- Conduct hands-on training at workshops.
- Demonstrate correct usage, maintenance, and safety practices
- Assess skill levels and provide on-the-job coaching
- Prepare practical training materials (visual aids, checklists, demos)
- Track trainee progress and maintain training records
- Coordinate with supervisors to identify training needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer (preferably training technicians)
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge in Passenger Cars
- Ability to train in local language.
- Positive communication and demonstration skills
- Ability to work in workshops.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / certification in a relevant technical trade
- Experience with on-the-job training (OJT) methods
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards
Compensation: As per industry standards Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
