Department: SPM Reporting To: Senior Automation Engineer Work location: Vasai East in Mumbai Job Summary The Junior Automation Engineer will support PLC programming, HMI development, electrical panel wiring, machine commissioning, and troubleshooting of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). This role is suitable for fresh Diploma graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Industrial Automation.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in PLC programming and HMI development. Perform electrical panel wiring, I/O checking, and panel inspection. Support machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting. Prepare and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams Assist in FAT, SAT, and machine documentation.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Assembly teams.



Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, and technical support (approximately 75% travel). Follow company quality, safety, and project standards.

Key Skills: Basic PLC Programming &
