We are looking for a skilled and experienced Autocad / Revit Designer/ Woman MEP, Arch/ Str to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing 2D/3D MEP (Mechanical like HVAC Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Autocad / Revit software. He/ She should have experience on preparing sheets / Coordination Sheets / Sections.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to develop detailed and accurate models for construction projects, ensuring efficient coordination of MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, modify, and maintain MEP models using Autocad / Revit MEP software to support project needs.
- Create detailed drawings and shop drawings from the Revit model, including plans, sections, and details for Mechanical,



Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinate clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other disciplines using Revit tools such as Navisworks.
- Ensure all models are compliant with project standards, codes, and BIM execution plans.
- Support the development of BIM models from conceptual design through to detailed construction documentation.
- Work with the design team to integrate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
