About the Role
AudiVoice Speech & Hearing Clinic is looking for a BASLP/MASLP Speech-Language Pathologist/Audiologist to join our clinical team.
The role will have a strong focus on speech and language therapy, with opportunities to work with children and adults presenting with a variety of speech, language and communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and identify individual therapy needs.
- Provide individualised speech and language therapy to children and adults.
- Work with clients with speech sound/articulation, language, fluency, voice and communication difficulties.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans based on individual needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify therapy goals when required.
- Provide guidance and counselling to parents/caregivers regarding home-based therapy activities and strategies.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families and create a comfortable, supportive therapy environment.
- Conduct basic hearing/audiological assessments and provide appropriate hearing-related services where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow professional and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals where required to support overall patient development.
Requirements
- BASLP or MASLP from a recognised institution.
- Strong interest in speech and language therapy and clinical practice.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous clinical experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
