About the Rol e We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development manager with experience in the audio-visual (AV) industry to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AV solutions, including audio systems, video conferencing, LED displays, control systems, digital signage, and integrated technology solutions.

The Business Development

Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Responsibiliti es Business Development & Sal es Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, education, hospitality, government, healthcare, and event sector s. Generate leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and partnership s.



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue target s. Present AV solutions to client s. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closur e.

Client Relationship

Manageme nt Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-maker s. Conduct client needs analysis and propose suitable AV solution s. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retentio n. Market & Industry Analys is Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AV technologie s. Provide insights to management for pricing strategies and product positionin g. Identify new verticals and partnership opportunitie s. Coordination & Executi on Work closely with technical/engineering teams for solution design and proposal developmen t. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth project executio n. Assist in preparing RFP responses and tender documentatio n. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecast s.

Qualificati ons Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related fie ld.4–10 years of experience in AV industry sales/business developme nt. Strong understanding of AV products such as: Audio systems (speakers, DSPs, amplifie rs)Video conferencing syst ems LED walls & digital sign age Control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, et c.)Experience handling enterprise or government projects is preferr ed.
