- Inventory planning and preparation of Production Priorities in accordance with sales forecast & sales trend.
- Auditing & Finalising the Manufacturing sites for the procurement.
- Negotiating the procurement rates as per the targeted rates.
- Coordinating with Manufacturing Plants / Third party procurement team for the procurement of finished goods as per the schedule.
- Coordination with inhouse manufacturing plants & purchase team to expedite operations to meet the demand.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department before altering production schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Proper warehousing and inventory control of finished goods as per the fixed inventory levels.
- Maximum utilization of warehouse facilities and to coordinate with marketing department on sales forecast trending and planning for next three months rolling.
- Preparing the procurement plan and coordinating for the POs with the designated team keeping in mind the production lead time to meet the demand.
- Coordination with inhouse manufacturing plants to expedite operations. Confers with Marketing Department before altering production schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- To coordinate for the physical movement of finished goods from the Inhouse manufacturing facility/Third party vendors.
- To manage the physical custody and accuracy of inventory records for finished goods.
