Client info: The company is a multi-asset fund manager investing in the debt and equity of growing companies to create long-term sustainable value for them and to generate superior returns for our investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate legal matters and provide legal support to the organization.
- Manage matters related to SEBI laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal matters.
- Provide support on non-litigation legal matters.
Qualification
- LLB Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.
- Education should be from an English-medium institution.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in non-litigation legal matters.
- Candidates with exposure to Corporate Law and SEBI Law will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Robust drafting and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of corporate and securities laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage legal documentation effectively.
- Only Male candidates.
