Job Reponsibilities:





- Manage debt-related documentation and closure activities, including obtaining No Dues Certificates, coordinating charge satisfaction filings, and processing pledge releases in collaboration with the Company Secretary (CS) team.
- Handle charge filings, pledge creation, execution, and maintenance of pledge agreements and Deeds of Hypothecation (DOH).• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors (EY, BDG, and others) for timely submission of balance confirmations and related audit requirements.
- Liaise with Cash Flow and Treasury/Hedging teams to ensure timely servicing of interest and debt obligations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with bond, loan, and other financing covenants and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and file ECB-related regulatory submissions, including ECB-2 Returns and Form ECB filings, ensuring adherence to RBI regulations.
- Engage with lenders for procurement of Prepayment (PP) letters, resolution of documentation discrepancies, and maintenance of lender relationships.
- Process financing and treasury-related invoices through SAP workflows, including coordination with Finance & Accounts (F&A;) and Tax teams for invoice amendments and approvals.
- Track and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentation, compliance, and payment-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to borrowings, security creation, charge registrations, and regulatory filings.

Job Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Education: M.B.A/M.COM/B.B.A/B.COM in Accounting or Commerce related
