About WeDoGood WeDoGood was started when we realised that under-resourced entities are not able to grow due to lack of guidance and skillset. We are enabling growth by connecting them with skilled individuals who guide them and solve their problems. The skilled individuals come from top institutions and corporates with good experience and skillset.

We focused on not-for-profits and social enterprises for 4 years and worked with over 1200 organisations across 24 states of India. We are right now expanding to youth, trying to provide personalised and skilled mentorship within 4 hours leveraging AI and aim to support 1 crore youth by 2030. We have future plans to expand to small businesses as well.

About The Role WeDoGood runs long-term skilled volunteering projects with major corporations / philanthropies like Microsoft, Tata, BCG, CGI, and others. In these engagements, corporate or individual volunteers work alongside grassroots NGOs to help solve their problem or build solutions.

As an Impact Operations Associate, you will be the operational backbone of these projects, coordinating between volunteers, NGOs, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and measurable impact.

This is an in-person role from our Bangalore office (Jayanagar), with 4 days in-office and 1.5 day work-from-home.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day coordination of skilled volunteering projects




- Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate volunteers, NGO partners, and WeDoGood’s internal team
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; flag risks and escalate proactively
- Prepare project status reports, impact summaries, and client-facing updates
- Support onboarding of new volunteers and NGOs onto ongoing projects
- Document processes and build playbooks for repeatable project delivery
- Coordinate with the partnerships team to ensure client satisfaction and renewal

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client delivery
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, and other languages (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, spreadsheets)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment (5.5 days, ~50 hours/week)
