About The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate - Financial Reporting to support financial reporting and statutory reporting activities for UK-based clients. The role will involve working closely with senior team members on preparation of financial statements, reporting schedules, reconciliations, and other technical accounting activities in line with UK GAAP/IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities 

Assist in end-to-end financial reporting and statutory reporting activities for UK-based entities.



Work on reporting activities involving FRS 102, FRS 101, and FRS 105 under guidance from senior team members.



Support consolidation and group reporting activities.



Prepare reconciliations, disclosures, and supporting documentation for audits and reporting purposes.







Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting deliverables.



Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, reporting inputs, and issue resolution.



Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities.



 Maintain proper documentation and adherence to reporting processes and compliance standards.



 Work as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with the broader team.



 Assist senior team members on client projects and technical accounting assignments.

Qualifications 

 A graduate or postgraduate in Commerce or Management (B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent or ACCA Pursuing - minimum 9 papers completed.)



 1-3 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Statutory Reporting.



 Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.



 Basic knowledge of consolidation and group reporting concepts would be an added advantage.



 Exposure to UK-based reporting engagements would be an added advantage.



 Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reporting tools/systems.
