Role Description The Associate- Field Operations and Compliance directly oversees Ground Coordinators across assigned regions, tracking their daily field visits, activities, and overall progress. Responsible for driving operational compliance, this role ensures field teams strictly adhere to established SOPs, processes,



and operational guidelines. The Associate proactively identifies delays or non-compliance, maintains accurate field performance records, and escalates risks to ensure smooth, high-quality execution on the ground.

What we're looking for:

● Experience in EdTech is preferred.

● Strong organizational and coordination skills.

● Excellent attention to detail and ability to track multiple activities simultaneously.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic reporting/data tracking.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.

● Strong ownership and a problem-solving mindset.

● Availability: Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office, Monday to Saturday.
