Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Engineering Manager with strong full-stack development expertise, React as the primary frontend technology and strong Node.js backend experience . This is a hands-on player-coach role involving solution architecture, technical leadership, project delivery, and team management.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js .
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technical projects, or software delivery.
- Strong experience in solution architecture, system design, and technology selection.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
- Hands-on involvement in coding,



code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- Solid Agile project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps, testing strategies, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices is preferred.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and building high-performing engineering teams.

Important: This is a hands-on leadership position, so the candidate should be strong technically and comfortable balancing engineering, architecture, delivery, and people management
