- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects , ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.

- Own sprint planning, release management, and delivery governance processes.

/n

- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies .

/n

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and overall team performance.

/n

- Monitor and report delivery performance, project outcomes, milestones, and key metrics to senior leadership.

/n /n /n Team Leadership /n /n

- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, QA engineers, and technical resources .

/n

- Conduct performance reviews and establish skill development and career growth plans .

/n

- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability development.

/n

- Create and enable learning and development plans to keep teams up to date with Salesforce core and emerging technologies.

/n

- Build an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing engineering environment.

- Ensure team members are engaged, valued, supported,



and recognized for their contributions.

/n /n /n Stakeholder & Communication /n /n

- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Technical Architects, and Solution Architects to clarify requirements and translate them into delivery plans.

/n

- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes to senior leadership .

/n

- Manage expectations, resource requirements, delivery priorities, and competing business demands.

/n

- Coordinate effectively across multiple teams and workstreams.

/n /n /n Technical & Platform Oversight /n /n

- Review Salesforce technical designs and solution architecture to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

/n

- Promote best practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and data management .

/n

- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development and implementation initiatives.

/n

- Coordinate CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, release processes, and DevOps practices .

/n

- Drive adoption of Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, and related technologies .

/n

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, compliance, architecture, and governance frameworks .

/n /n /n Quality & Process Management /n /n

- Oversee QA processes, test planning, regression testing, defect management, and UAT support .

/n

- Ensure appropriate quality gates and deployment controls throughout the Salesforce development lifecycle.

/n

- Maintain technical documentation, change management, and release management practices .

/n

- Drive continuous improvement in development standards, Agile methodologies, engineering practices, and delivery processes .

/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n

- 20+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering delivery, technical project management, or technology leadership.

/n

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, development,



and application lifecycle .

/n

- Proven experience leading Agile teams and delivering iterative Salesforce releases.

/n

- Strong experience managing and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams .

/n

- Excellent technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills .

/n

- Ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and competing priorities .

/n

- Strong understanding of API integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture concepts .

/n

- Knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and data management .

/n

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent tools .

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delivery management capabilities.

/n

- Ability to work effectively with global business and technology stakeholders .
