As an Associate Customer Success Consultant (Onboarding) at Sage Expense Management, you will play a critical role in helping customers realize value from their investment in Sage Expense Management.
You will work closely with Customer Success Consultants, and cross-functional teams to support customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth experience and reach go-live successfully.
This is a great prospect for someone early in their career (1-2 Years only) to learn and grow in the field of Customer Success while contributing directly to customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end responsibility in onboarding customers onto the Sage Expense Management platform in collaboration with senior consultants.
- Responsible for end-to-end onboarding lifecycle by coordinating tasks, documenting progress, and following up on dependencies.
- Help customers set up Sage Expense Management according to their business needs and escalate issues where required.
- Track onboarding milestones and provide timely updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in kickoff calls, requirement gathering, and training sessions under guidance.
- Conduct training sessions for customer admins and super users (with support from the team).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are captured and delivered.
- Help manage escalations and risks by promptly flagging them to senior team members.
- Document onboarding details, FAQs, and resources to promote customer self-service.
- Develop working knowledge of accounting integrations to assist finance teams with system integrations (where supported).
