Role Description The Associate Customer Service Executive (Immediate Joiners - 35k) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to queries, and providing clear, accurate information about products and services.

The executive will log and track customer issues, follow up on pending requests, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, adhering to service standards, and meeting performance targets related to quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.



The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to resolve concerns promptly and helping improve processes based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain information in a simple, qualified manner.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, including empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset when dealing with diverse customers.
