nWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take technical ownership of the systems and interfaces powering our data platform — from database design and back-end APIs to front-end applications and dashboards. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership: setting engineering standards, guiding architecture, and mentoring engineers, while owning solutions end-to-end from requirements through production.

nKey Responsibilities

- Own the design, development and production support of full-stack solutions across front-end, back-end and database layers.
n
- Build front-end applications (Vue, React, Blazor or similar) and back-end APIs/services (preferably C#/.NET).
n
- Design and evolve PostgreSQL database solutions — schemas, indexing, query performance and migrations.
n
- Guide architectural decisions; set and uphold standards for code quality, testing and technical design.
n
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to build team technical capability.
n
- Build comprehensive automated test coverage (unit, integration, end-to-end) across the SDLC.
n
- Design and support RESTful/event-driven APIs and distributed system integrations.
n




- Monitor production systems using observability/logging/alerting tools; lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
n
- Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders, clearly communicating technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

nKey Requirements

n

n
- Senior/lead-level full-stack engineering experience, with proven front-end work in Vue, React, Blazor or similar.
n
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and front-end performance/architecture skills.
n
- Solid back-end experience, preferably C#/.NET, building RESTful and/or event-driven services.
n
- Strong PostgreSQL experience — schema design, query optimisation, indexing and production migrations.
n
- Proven ability to ship features end-to-end, from requirements to production.
n
- Hands-on experience with unit/integration/E2E testing and driving engineering quality practices.
n
- Experience influencing architecture, leading code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
n
- Experience with data-intensive/high-volume systems and production operations (DevOps mindset, monitoring, observability, incident response).
n
- Robust analytical and communication skills, with sound technical judgement and ownership mindset.
