Recent Fund Setup (India) —

- Sit at the heart of a new India fund launch — own structuring, registration and launch end-to-end, from paperwork to first close
- Partner with India's top valuation agents and legal, tax and regulatory experts — an advisor network most professionals wait a decade to access
- Own third-party relationships outright: onboard fund administrators and consultants, drive deliverables, run the ongoing engagement
- Drive quarterly valuations across a marquee portfolio of category-defining companies

Fund Accounting —





- Deliver monthly NAVs for the flagship hedge fund and quarterly NAVs for PE vehicles — precision at institutional scale
- Lead month-end close — pricing, accruals, journal postings — and own the numbers that matter
- Run fund bookings on Enfusion, the institutional-grade platform used by leading global managers, and review investor statements
- Own the fund's economics: management fees, admin fees, performance and carried interest — the mechanics of how funds actually make money
- Be the direct face to auditors, fund administrators and tax advisers — unfiltered, front-line exposure

Fund Operations —

- Own entity records, trade instruction and booking
- Run daily break reviews between Steadview and fund administrators — speed and accuracy, every day
- Work directly with execution brokers, prime brokers and custodians — real-time exposure to the plumbing of global markets

Management Accounting — Cross-Border Command

- Own management accounts across US, UK and India entities — genuine multi-jurisdiction responsibility
- Manage inter-entity balance schedules and review external accounting packs
- Drive tax/GST filings and payment processing — real deadlines, real stakes
