- Maintain part In/Out records and prepare DC challans.
- Coordinate with suppliers for part processing, collection and delivery.
- Coordinate with QA/CMM teams for part inspection and feedback.
- Follow up with suppliers for quality issues, rejections, shortages and delays.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Production, PPC and NPD teams.
- Support NPD part development and first-part/sample inspections.
- Maintain records and traceability of parts, fixtures, gauges and tools.
- Conduct supplier visits to monitor NPD and ongoing activities.
- Coordinate marking, shot blasting, heat treatment and other processes.
- Ensure timely handover of completed parts to PPC.
Preferred candidate profile ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers to candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and mechanical parts.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to visit suppliers/vendors as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping.
- Must have a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License / Learning License.
- Candidates with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn will be preferred.
