We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service.
- Supervise and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance and performance.
- Coordinate between Kitchen, Service and other departments.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and company SOPs are followed.
- Support sales targets, upselling and cost control.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reports and operational activities.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant/hotel operations.
- Previous experience as Captain, Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager preferred.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Hotel Management qualification is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
