Conduct MSIL Tier-2 Audit & ensure compliance with quality requirement

Conduct internal QA/QC audit & monitor process compliance

Guide & manage QA/QC Inspector team

Handle & resolve customer complaint, include root cause analysis & corrective action

Required Candidate profile

Implement current procedure & process

Monitor quality standard & drive continuous improvement in manufacture process

Knowledge of quality system, audit, customer complaint handle, & process improvement.
