- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and daily operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
- Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support manpower planning, team coordination, and employee engagement.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.



? Candidate Profile - Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in Operations / Site Operations / Facility Management / Hospitality / Service Industry.
- Experience in remote or site-based locations will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities.
