Responsibilities: Manage team shifts and operational rosters to ensure smooth and seamless day-to-day operations. Drive additional revenue streams beyond walk-in customers, including weekly community events, birthday parties, group bookings, and corporate events. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, institutions, corporate clients, and community groups such as biking groups to enhance brand visibility and drive location awareness.





Provide backend support to the accounts team Deliver exceptional in office customer service by welcoming and assisting guests in person, effectively communicating ticket pricing,packages, and promotional offers to support sales and ensure a positive customer experience. Manage daily track operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility. Coordinate with track staff, technicians, front desk, and other operational teams to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
