- Supervise daily production activities for CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) and NC (Non-Carbonated) lines.
- Ensure adherence to production plans, schedules, and shift targets.
- Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and wastage; take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime and breakdown handling.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP practices.
- Monitor critical parameters like carbonation levels, Brix, filling volumes, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team to maintain product quality standards.
- Ensure proper CIP (Clean-in-Place) and sanitation processes.
