-Lead the recruitment process of hospital.
-Knowledge of Staffing (Administration, Paramedical, Nursing and Clinical).
Implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging job portals, LinkedIn --Recruiter, networking, and other channels.
-Conduct screening and assessments to ensure quality hires.
-Work closely with Hospital senior members, HR, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
-Stay updated with Hospital trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in Medical/ Non- Medical hiring.
-Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate and in pipeline candidates.
-Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
-Focus on diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies.
