Role Overview The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is a strategic individual contributor role designed to accelerate market share within two critical verticals: Manufacturing (Industrial/B2 B) and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering). Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration & Expansion: Develop and execute a territory business plan to identify untapped opportunities within the manufacturing and hospitality sectors.
Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain C-suite and procurement-level relationships to ensure our brand is the preferred partner for large-scale industrial units and premium HORECA chains.
Solution Selling: Conduct deep dive needs assessments for clients to provide tailored product solutions that enhance their operational efficiency or guest experience.
Competitor Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging industry standards to provide actionable feedback to the Marketing and Product Development teams. Reporting & CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of the sales pipeline, lead conversion rates, and client interactions within the CRM platform.

Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in B2 B sales, specifically catering to Industrial/Manufacturing or HORECA clients. Education: Bachelor's degree. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory for high achievers. Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 60-70%). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a "hunter" mindset, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced workplace.
