- Generate Revenue for Edme & achieve assigned OD targets by Maintaining penetration, recent channel acquisition, increasing Average Ticket Size and renewal retention targets

/n

- Call periodic meetings with the dealerships (Dealer Principle/ Insurance/sales/workshop Teams) and insurers for critical issue resolution, engagement and review.

/n

- Circulate and initiate dialogues around dealer performance MIS to all the dealers and sales heads for tracking regions of growth/ de-growth and partners’ profitability.

/n /n Dealership Relationship Management /n /n

- Maintain effective & value adding relationships with all stakeholders.

/n

- Create win-win situations for all business stakeholders.

/n

- Ensure timely MISP fees disbursement to dealer partners.

/n

- Periodically Visit dealership sites, workshops and maintain formal as well as informal network with them.

/n

- Resolve dealer queries, B2B partner queries and escalate issues to the Regional Head / Program Manager B2B, as & when required.

/n





- Coordinate & maintain relations with the insurers to ensure smooth and hassle free claim settlements.

/n

- Take feedback from the dealerships / B2B partners on the services of Edme and that of the insurance companies to ensure end customer satisfaction and consistent improvement in the services offered by Edme

/n /n Training /n /n

- Impart trainings on Basics of Insurance, motor insurance & regulatory guidelines to dealer sales & workshops executives.

/n

- Training on Edme customized products and their benefits to customers/dealers.

/n

- Resolve all product & service related queries and escalate issues as & when required.

/n /n /n Branding & Visibility /n /n

- Maintain & Track penetration of the Edme products.

/n

- Ensure that Edme service levels are maintained.

/n

- solicit dealers / PARTNERs for selling insurance policies through only Edme

/n

- Tie up with dealers for promotion of Edme products during renewal camps organized by PARTNERs

/n /n Audit & Compliance /n /n

- Ensure that Designated person is trained and updated with regulatory guidelines & changes, if any.

/n

- Reconciliation of MISP fee payments to the dealers.

/n

- Ensure that payment of premium is made by the dealers towards the insurance companies, within TATs. Follow-up with the insurance companies as required for clearance of payments and upload of 64 VB on the portal
