Role & responsibilities

- Develop design options based on established planning strategies

- Translate clinical workflows into functional layouts and interiors

- Produce detailed drawings, BOQs, and coordinated working packages

- Work closely with MEP, civil, and procurement teams

- Contribute to design detailing, material decisions, and execution support

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in healthcare / hospital design / High rise commercial projects

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and or interior design

- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

- Strong understanding of clinical planning logic (OTs, patient flow, sterile vs non-sterile zoning, etc.)

- Ability to take a concept and independently develop it into working drawings

- Proficiency in AutoCAD

- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-responsibility setting
