Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions using HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.

- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates through various channels.

- Conduct workforce analysis to optimize employee retention rates by identifying areas for improvement in HR processes.

- Provide insights from people analytics to inform HR strategy development, budgeting, auditing, and compliance efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in HR Analytics or related field with expertise in HR MIS/HRIS/Hr Reporting/People Analytics/Workforce Analytics.

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Robust understanding of HR metrics, dashboards, reporting tools; ability to analyze complex data sets to drive business decisions.
