Role Description The Assistant will support daily operations related to client credit consulting, including organizing documentation, preparing basic credit and financial information, and assisting in the creation of loan proposals and reports. The role involves coordinating with clients to gather required data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication with banks and NBFCs under the guidance of senior team members.
The Assistant will also help schedule meetings, track application statuses, follow up on pending documents,
and ensure timely updates to internal systems. This is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring consistent in-person collaboration with the consulting team and clients.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of finance, banking, or credit processes, with the ability to understand basic financial statements and loan documentation.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document management, data entry accuracy, and task prioritization.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and presentation software).
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work, especially when dealing with financial data and compliance-related information.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate within a team workplace, and manage multiple assignments under supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience or internship in banking, NBFCs, financial services, or consulting is an advantage.
