Role Description: The Assistant Faculty BBA Logistics and Supply Chain role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.

The role involves supporting senior faculty in delivering lectures and tutorials, preparing teaching materials, and assisting with curriculum development for BBA Logistics and Supply Chain courses. The assistant faculty will help conduct classroom activities, case studies, and practical sessions related to logistics, supply chain management, and operations.

Responsibilities include mentoring students, evaluating assignments and exams, providing academic guidance, and contributing to academic events, workshops, and industry interactions. The role also includes staying updated with industry trends and integrating relevant examples and tools into teaching to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, operations, and related business concepts.




- Ability to design and deliver engaging classroom sessions, including case studies, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Effective communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills to support diverse groups of learners.
- Competence in academic tasks such as assessment design, assignment evaluation, and student feedback.
- Proficiency with standard office and educational technology tools (e.g., MS Office, learning management systems, online research).
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administration, and commitment to learner-centered education and continuous improvement.
