Role Description The Assistant Conference Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role supports the planning and execution of conferences, forums, and related events by assisting in program development, identifying target audiences, and coordinating with internal teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to shape event themes and agendas, supporting speaker & Delegate acquisition(unpaid) and outreach, and helping manage event timelines and deliverables.

Producer will work closely with senior producers to gather insights from industry stakeholders, maintain event documentation,



and ensure seamless coordination with marketing and operations teams. The role also involves monitoring event performance, compiling post-event reports, and contributing ideas to improve future conferences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in conference production and event management to support end-to-end planning and delivery of events.
- Candidates should possess strong market research and analytical skills to identify relevant topics, industries, and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess speaker & Delegate acquisition (unpaid) and stakeholder management skills to identify, approach, and confirm high-quality speakers.
- Relevant skills such as time management, detail orientation, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in conferences, events, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment and interest event services sector.
