Department: Bar

Reports To: Bartender / Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the bartender in preparing and serving beverages and cocktails.

- Prepare and arrange bar ingredients, glasses, garnishes, and other supplies.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.

- Refill and organize bar stock as required.

- Support the bartender during busy operational hours.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of bar equipment and supplies.

- Follow all company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

- Provide polite and productive service to guests.

- Assist with daily bar opening and closing duties.

- Report any stock shortage, breakage, or operational issue to the supervisor.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of bar operations.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,300.00 - ₹15,600.00 per month
