Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage inventory levels, track assets, and optimize costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in asset tracking and vendor management.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices, resolve issues, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Analyze data using Excel to inform business decisions on inventory management strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Inventory Management (SIM) module.
- Proficiency in cost optimization techniques and ability to analyze complex financial data.

Manage the complete lifecycle of company assets, equipment, fixtures, and tools from procurement to deployment, maintenance, calibration, and disposal.

Maintain accurate asset records, tagging, tracking, and inventory using SAP and Excel.

Manage 5,000+ fixtures and 500+ equipment/assets, ensuring proper identification, ownership, location, and utilization.

Coordinate asset procurement, installation, transfer, movement, and handover across departments.





Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for equipment and machines.

Coordinate with 30+ vendors/service providers for maintenance, calibration, repair, and technical support.

Monitor asset breakdowns, service timelines, AMC/contract renewals, and vendor performance.

Control asset-related PR, PO, GRN, invoice, and documentation processes.

Track asset utilization and identify idle, obsolete, damaged, or underutilized assets for appropriate action.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, asset controls, and audit requirements.

Prepare asset reports, MIS, status dashboards, and management updates.

Lead a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, IE, IT, Finance, Production, and Quality.

Drive cost optimization, vendor development, timely maintenance, and asset availability to support production/NPI requirements.
