Key Responsibilities:Assemble products and components as per company standards and work instructions. Operate basic machinery, tools, and equipment safely. Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality requirements are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets. Report any defects, issues, or delays to the supervisor immediately. Adhere to all safety regulations and use protective equipment as required.
Assist in loading/unloading materials when needed. Support continuous improvement, 5S, and efficiency initiatives. Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
