Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Consultant will work full time in a hybrid capacity, based in Pune City with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves assessing client needs, designing AI-driven solutions, and advising on the integration of machine learning and data science into business processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data sets, building and refining models, applying pattern recognition techniques, and leveraging NLP to solve real-world business challenges.

The consultant will prepare explicit documentation, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor AI solutions. The role also requires staying current with AI trends and tools, and translating complex technical concepts into accessible guidance for clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Data Science skills, including data analysis, modeling, and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning techniques and Pattern Recognition for practical business applications.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its use in real-world solutions.
- Consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with common ML/AI frameworks and tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in business process optimization or analytics-driven decision making is a plus.
