Role Description The Art Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging art lessons to students across appropriate grade levels in a full-time, on-site capacity in Srinagar. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching a range of art techniques and media, guiding students through projects in painting and other visual arts, and assessing student progress through assignments and practical work.

The role also involves contributing to curriculum development for art education, organizing classroom materials and displays,



and supporting school events such as exhibitions and art competitions.

The Art

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Teaching and Art Education, with the ability to engage students of varying ages and abilities.
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for visual arts subjects.
- Proficiency in Painting and related artistic techniques, with practical studio skills.
- Relevant academic qualification in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a closely related field.
- Prior teaching experience in a school setting, preferably at primary or secondary level.
- Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
