Job Role : Area Sales Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking and market research.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor and channel partner networks.
- Build relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Identify new residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and follow up for order closure.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records and regular sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, installation and after-sales support.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Area Sales, Territory Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in automation, electrical, electronics, smart home, lighting, security, building materials or LED/digital signage preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Patna/Bihar market.
- Existing dealer, distributor, builder or contractor network will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
