- Manage and achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
- Handle and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, distributors and retailers.
- Plan field visits and monitor team performance.
- Generate current business and expand market coverage.
- Track sales, stock and market activities.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Ayurvedic/Pharma sales.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Pay: ₹20,000.70 - ₹58,218.59 per month
