Location - Indore / Ujjain

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory

- Appoint, manage, and grow the distributor/stockist network within the area

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, doctors, and retail pharmacies to drive product prescription and demand generation

- Plan and execute field visits, doctor calls, and chemist coverage as per the pre-defined plan

- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market schemes and report insights to the management

- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of distributor/stockist queries

- Coordinate with the marketing team for launch of new products, schemes, and promotional activities





- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, expenses, and territory reports

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (B.Pharm / B.Sc preferred)

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical field sales, preferably with exposure to injectables or institutional/hospital sales

- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
