Hiring :- Area Sales Manager Leading FMCG Brand (Personal Care)

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Daily market visit along with ISR to provide on the job training
2. Ensure adherence of admin protocol by field force- reports submission, attendance monitoring etc...
3. Distributor visit, ensure claims & damage settlement as and when required
4. Physical checking of stock levels at the distributor point.
5. Monitor CFA operations & stock levels as required.
6. Ensure ISRs are working as per PJP and as per company mobile app policy
7. Effectively plan town wise targets and ISR PJP
8. Ability to fill manpower & DB vacancies without affecting business.
9. Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with team
