Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales activities within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for team management, business development, sales planning, target achievement, customer relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team.
- Allocate and monitor leads and prospects.
- Review individual team-member performance regularly.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure proper quotation, follow-up, negotiation, and order-closing processes.
- Coordinate with production, project management, finance, and other departments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans.




- Take responsibility for territory-level sales performance and collections.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Experience in building materials, aluminium systems, uPVC windows, construction, or related industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Competitive package + performance-based incentives. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
