Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for driving sales of medical devices and rehabilitation products within the assigned territory, including meeting sales targets and expanding market presence.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations.

The Area Sales

Manager will monitor competitor activities, prepare sales forecasts and reports,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support. The role also involves regular field visits, participation in industry events, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in healthcare or medical device sales, with strong territory management and business development skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, institutional buyers, and channel partners.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
- Analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Comfort with frequent local travel and on-site client visits within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of medical devices or rehabilitation products and local healthcare market dynamics is highly beneficial.
